About Our Team

You'll report to the local Talent Acquisition Business Partner, overseeing the ALEC Fitout operations

You can work from any of our offices across the UAE and will be required in the Dubai Marina Head office for three or days a week.

Our team is on an exciting growth journey, with expansion plans taking us from 13 to 25 members across the GCC. Collaboration, creativity, and quick delivery sit at the heart of how we work.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate Strategically: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing Lifecycle: Coordinate the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from outreach and screening to offer management.
• Branding & Events: Support hiring events such as career fairs and open houses to strengthen our employer brand.
• Optimise Talent Evaluation: Provide guidance on best practices for candidate evaluation and market-competitive offers.
• Leverage Data: Use data-driven insights to optimise sourcing strategies, improve processes, and track key metrics.
• Shape the Future: Lead your team of 2 Talent acquisition professionals, driving their development and ensuring excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Advisor level or above, from a contracting company that specialises in High End Luxury Fitout.
• Systems: In depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• P&C Knowledge: Knowledge of P&C functions and their interdependencies.
• Data Driven: Strong analytical abilities to refine processes and improve outcomes.
• Strategic Mindset: Proficiency in talent sourcing strategies.
• Values-Driven: Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating teams that thrive.
