We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment lifecycle for both internal and external talent across diverse sectors, specifically IT. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding top-tier candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive successful recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete global recruitment lifecycle, from pre-screening and conducting various interview formats (phone, live, digital) to final onboarding.
- Proactively develop and manage robust candidate pools within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the negotiation of commercial terms with candidates.
- Ensure meticulous document management throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a global capacity, with a specific focus on IT recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment outsourcing - agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a personality that thrives on building relationships.
- Experience with ATS platforms for candidate pool development and management.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms and managing recruitment documentation.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
