Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • Responsible toconnect with potential candidates online and offline, screeningapplicationsand supporting hiring managers.
  • Responsible for hiring qualified people whilemaintaininga positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcingacross various departments to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Draft and extend job offers aligned with internal salary bands and UAE labor regulations
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update candidate records on ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn and job portal engagement.
  • Provide regular hiring reports, metrics, and insights to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at job fairs and external recruitment events.
  • Coordinate with PRO/HR Ops for visa processing and onboarding logistics.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place withinareaof responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

Experience:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred

  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
