About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, connecting with potential candidates both online and offline, and supporting hiring managers in attracting and hiring top talent.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Role & Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional time management abilities, capable of managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Solid understanding of modern interviewing techniques, candidate assessment practices, and effective CV screening methodologies.
