Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. This full-time, on-site position is based in Beni Suef and requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create clear, inclusive job profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating selection decisions, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company's values and culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring practices, with the ability to assess skills and cultural add.
- Experience in Employer Branding, promoting the organization as an attractive workplace.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Beni Suef and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR; experience in Herbs, FMCG, food, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
