We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist (Blue Collar) to join our ambitious HR dream team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with blue collar industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, Constructions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
