Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing construction operations by recruiting high-quality technical and professional talent. The role will focus on hiring for site-based, engineering, and corporate positions while partnering closely with project and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering roles
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Heads, and HR to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates for roles such as Engineers, Draftsmen, Surveyors, Project Managers, QS, HSE, and site staff
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting strategies
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction sector
• Strong understanding of construction roles and project-based hiring
• Proven sourcing and headhunting experience for technical positions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with construction contractors or consultancies
• Knowledge of regional labor laws and visa processes
