We are growing! A leading multinational holding company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai to drive recruitment across our MEA operations.
About the Role: We are rapidly expanding our footprint across the UAE and Africa. Operating across diverse sectors—including Manufacturing, Retail, and Ship Chandelling—we need a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as the recruitment engine for our operational and mid-management roles.
Working directly with the Head of HR, you will take full ownership of high-volume and specialized recruitment pipelines, ensuring our international business units have the talent they need to scale.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles across our manufacturing plants, retail units, and ship chandelling operations.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and local networks in the UAE and Africa.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with General Managers to understand their specific operational needs and deliver targeted shortlists.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional interview and offer process that reflects our corporate standards.
What You Bring:
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on recruitment experience (Agency or In-house).
- Experience recruiting across the Middle East and Africa (experience hiring in Angola or Zambia is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with hiring for industrial, retail, or supply chain sectors.
- High energy, organized, and capable of managing multiple geographical pipelines simultaneously.
