Talent Acquisition Specialist

Damac Group is looking to expand its Talent Acquisition Team to work across group level leadership hiring. Open to people to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across various business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job portals, referrals, career fairs, and universities
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Promote DAMAC's employer brand within the talent market.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Talent .
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
