Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent in the ICT industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strong understanding of the ICT industry and the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualification criteria, and develop accurate job descriptions.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media networks, job boards, and professional networks, to attract and engage potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess the candidates technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and facilitate hiring procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data using our applicant tracking system.

Continuously develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the ICT industry.

Important Requirements & Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the technical skills and qualifications needed for various ICT roles.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and tools.

Experience utilizing online job portals, social media networks, and professional platforms for talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in the ICT industry.

Job Specific Skills / Competencies:

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, ATS Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Strong interpersonal and user service skills

Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
