Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, liaising with hiring managers to meet talent needs, and promoting employer branding initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct interviews, maintain talent pipelines, and contribute to crafting strategies that attract top talent in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong Interviewing and Hiring skills
• Experience in collaborating on Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Prior experience in the real estate
• Proven experience in talent headhunting
