Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment and hiring processes. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruiting, developing employer branding strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our company's goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation
- Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience with recruitment in the Middle East is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
