Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
- Handle high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Operations & Administration (20%)
- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR systems.
- Coordinate with payroll, PRO, and admin teams for accurate employee data.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, HR audits, and compliance activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to HR operations and knowledge of local labor laws preferred.
