Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
  • Handle high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

HR Operations & Administration (20%)

  • Support onboarding, employee records, and HR systems.
  • Coordinate with payroll, PRO, and admin teams for accurate employee data.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, HR audits, and compliance activities.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to HR operations and knowledge of local labor laws preferred.
