PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Main purpose of the job and reason why this job exists)
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the company's recruitment and onboarding efforts by managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, maintaining accurate recruitment records, assisting with recruitment drives, and preparing necessary reports. The role ensures timely and effective hiring to meet workforce needs in alignment with company policies and budgets. is responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent in alignment with organizational needs. Additionally, the role actively supports continuous improvement projects related to onboarding, orientation, and job description management, contributing to building a high-performing workforce and enhancing the employee experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (In details with sub-tasks)
Recruitment Activities
Review and process recruitment requests submitted by the divisions.
Ensure all requests are complete, properly authorized, and in line with the approved manpower plan and headcount budget.
Route approved requests to the next stage of the recruitment workflow and update Recruitment Tracker.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create or update candidate profiles based on job requirements, role expectations, and cultural fit.
Identify and maintain list of relevant target companies and industries for passive candidate sourcing.
Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, databases, referrals).
Screen and shortlist CVs according to candidate profile and job descriptions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/teams.
Conduct initial candidate assessments.
Prepare offer letters in accordance with salary scales.
Ensure that all required documents for the compliance process are gathered and validated.
Coordinate onboarding process with Senior HR Officers.
Strengthen employer branding through social media initiatives, job fairs, career events, and digital platforms.
Ensure that recruitment practices comply with internal policies and legal requirements; escalate any concerns.
Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Partner with department heads to understand current and future workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
Recruitment Drive Support
Assist in planning and logistics for local and international recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate candidate testing and interviews during recruitment drives.
Ensure that recruitment campaign activities stay on schedule.
Tracking and Reporting
Maintain and update Recruitment Tracker regularly covering vacancies, pipeline candidates, offers, and hires.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and candidate pipeline summaries (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
Support the preparation of dashboards and ad-hoc reports as directed by the Group HR Manager.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate with Administration and Government Relations to ensure smooth pre-boarding of new hires.
Coordinate with HR Operations to prepare and share onboarding plans for new hires before the first day.
Continuous Improvement Projects
ATS IMPLEMENTATION AND DATA PREPARATION
Assist and provide input to the implementation of ATS system. Clean and prepare data for migration.
ONBOARDING
Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance the onboarding programs for both labor and staff categories, ensuring a positive and structured employee experience for the first 6 months of employment.
Prepare Induction Deck and material for labors.
Gather feedback and propose improvements to process and content.
Assist in the design, implementation and execution of a Monthly Orientation-day for staff employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT
Partner with Managers and HR Officers to update and develop accurate and consistent job descriptions across all divisions. Ensure that job description reflect current duties.
TEMPLATES & FORMS
Maintain all templates used in the recruitment process. Propose changes and additions. Ensure compliance and alignment with internal policies and local regulations.

JOB / PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant Engineering Degree
Experience:
Experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
Proven expertise in organizing Recruitment campaigns and events.

Technical Know-how
(Ex.Machine, Equipment, Specialty)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
