This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, develop and sustain employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also work to maintain relationships with recruitment partners and provide strategic input to improve hiring effectiveness.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in conducting effective Interviews
• Proven skills in Hiring and Employer Branding initiatives
• Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the health or wellness industry is an asset
