Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Power Service Projects, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will also collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to address their recruitment needs and supporting the organization's overall talent strategy.

- In-depth experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and strategies to attract top talent
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment
- Proven expertise in Recruiting across various roles and industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the electric industry or technical recruiting is a plus
