Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Heliopolis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent, fostering relationships with potential hires, and collaborating closely with management to meet hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Interviewing, Hiring, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and creating an appealing employment presence
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and industry best practices
• Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree is a must
• Experience +2 years
