The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies, while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. The role partners closely with hiring managers to meet current and future workforce needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles, including junior, senior, and executive levels.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and direct search methods.
Build and strengthen the employer brand by promoting the organization as an employer of choice across professional platforms and recruitment channels.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define clear job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Actively engage with potential candidates through online communities, professional networks, and industry events.
Manage the full candidate journey, from application review to final selection, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Review CVs, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct face-to-face interviews and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
Develop and analyze candidate experience surveys to continuously improve recruitment practices.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, evaluation methods, and selection best practices.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update a talent pool database for future hiring needs.
Support onboarding activities and complete required documentation for new hires.
Build long-term talent pipelines to support future organizational growth.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards within the scope of responsibility.
Perform additional duties related to recruitment and talent management as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
