We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS or CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
