Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a core member of the Human Resources team. He supports the Manager – Talent Acquisition in leading the recruitment activities and supports the recruitment process in a timely manner, cost-effectively and at a high quality as per corporate policies and procedures. He works closely with the Manager – Talent Acquisition to cover all recruitment activities including assessing and actively recruiting for the talent acquisition needs, developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and talent acquisition sources, managing the talent acquisition life cycle for recruits including placement of postings, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidate and offer negotiation. The jobholder will also promote the K&A brand, drive labor marketing initiatives and partner with preferred universities, as needed.
Key Responsibilities (Customer Focus)
- Identify appropriate recruitment channels for recruitment while leveraging existing resources (e.g. LinkedIn and other job boards)
- Develop strong relationships with appropriate organizations for purposes of sourcing, networking and leveraging alumni networks and other channels, as appropriate
- Assess and recommend external recruitment agencies and vendors to the Manager - Talent Acquisition, as needed
- Develop relationships with university career services, academic leaders and other student / academic on campus organizations to promote the K&A brand and career opportunities
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events that support the firm branding efforts, including speaking on panels, special interest groups and opportunities to increase brand recognition in the recruitment marketplace
- Provide information and updates to internal intranet sites and provide appropriate recruitment process tools
- Prepare job postings through websites for recruitment of positions
- Receive and screen CVs and short-list candidates for positions in coordination with senior management.
- Conduct interviews with candidates for positions.
- Prepare offer letters and standard employment contracts.
- Assist the Manager - Talent Acquisition in the development of induction programs and conducting orientation sessions on policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, employee benefits and career paths for recruits.
- Support Human Resources teams with recruitment activities, if needed
- Develop, maintain and manage a strong pipeline of talent (internal and external) for future firm needs
Key Responsibilities (Internal Business Process)
- Develop HR management reports and statistics, as needed
- Routinely communicate and report the status of recruiting, open positions, hiring sources, hiring costs, etc.
Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resource, Public Administration or equivalent
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Planning (AEP) Industry is a plus
- Strong attention to details

- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
Overall Experience Required to Execute this Role
- 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources function
- Only a Saudi Citizen preferred with extensive knowledge and relevant experience.
