In addition to retail operations, Leo Trading Agency is active in import and export, supporting diverse commercial activities. The company also provides outsourcing recruitment services, offering talent solutions to various business partners and clients.

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for various positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily tasks include posting job ads, maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract qualified talent. The role also involves preparing offers, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess qualifications, facilitate selection decisions, and support offer preparation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with experience in promoting the company's value proposition and enhancing its visibility across channels.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic HR practices is beneficial; experience in retail or franchise environments is a plus.
