Who are we

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast-food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing

  • Lead and manage high-volume recruitment drive to ensure timely hiring
  • Obtain the annual manpower plan (MPP) and develop a strategic recruitment plan to proactively fill required positions
  • Plan, organize, and execute recruitment open days and hiring events to attract and assess large pools of candidates efficiently.
  • Conduct in-person competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates ensuring a strong cultural and skills fit.
  • Utilize all available sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting, to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice through employer branding and outreach efforts.
  • Track and analyze hiring trends, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and continuous improvement while enhancing recruitment metrics
  • Issue and manage the offering process to the selected candidates while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws in all hiring and selection processes.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Talent acquisition; preferably F&B, Retail, FMCG or Hospitality industries
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to attract top talents
  • Strong attention to details to ensure smooth recruitment process throughout mass hiring
  • High flexibility and adaptability to be able to manage the expansion plan
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
