Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Alexandria. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Responsibilities will also include developing employer branding strategies, maintaining recruitment pipelines, collaborating with department managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is highly desirable
