Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in mass hiring. In this role, you will oversee the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and delivering an excellent hiring experience. You will also support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and manage high-volume hiring projects to meet organizational needs. Collaborating with relevant teams, you will ensure the timely filling of job vacancies with qualified candidates.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for high-volume hiring
• Excellent Interviewing and assessment skills
• Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong knowledge of Hiring best practices and regulations
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
