Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experiencedTalent Acquisition Specialistto lead and execute our recruitment strategy, with a core focus on hiring top-tierTraders in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Fertilizersectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the energy trading industry, proven experience in specialized talent sourcing, and a track record of identifying and securing exceptional professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for trader roles across petroleum, petrochemical, and fertilizer verticals.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top industry talent with relevant expertise.

Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and define role requirements.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with both role specifications and company culture.

Maintain and expand a strong network of professionals within the trading and energy sectors.

Manage the recruitment process to ensure a seamless, professional, and timely experience for all stakeholders.

Track key recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum23 years of proven experiencein talent acquisition within arelevant industry or a similar company(preferably in energy trading, commodities, or petrochemical sectors).

In-depth knowledge of sourcing and recruitment strategies for niche and senior-level roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
