Key responsibilities:
-Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
-Focus on improving employer branding, organizing, conducting interviews, and building strong candidate pipelines.
-Collaborative engagement with departments to understand hiring requirements and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience From 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
-Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes in the construction or consultancy field .
-Proficiency in using all MS Office Package
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills.
