Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment strategies, responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will be a multilingual HR professional with a keen eye for talent and a passion for matching the right people with the right roles within the fast-paced real estate sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels—such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks—to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Nationwide Middle East Properties, promoting our company culture and values to attract high-quality applicants.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding: Assist in the smooth transition and onboarding of new hires to ensure they are set up for success from day one.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role. (Experience within the real estate or property management sector is a strong plus).
Certifications: Must hold a recognized HR certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources), CIPD Level 3, or a similar equivalent qualification.
Language Skills:Multilingual proficiency is required. Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin) is highly desirable to effectively communicate with our diverse market and candidate pool.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Middle East recruitment landscape and UAE labor laws is highly preferred.
