Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for the following languages: English,Spanish,Italian and French, The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, create effective strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage job postings, job descriptions, and ensure they align with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and lead the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating salary packages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track hiring progress, and maintain recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English or any related Language.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Experience in PBOs is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with shifts
