We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo, the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, create effective strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings, job descriptions, and ensure they align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and lead the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating salary packages.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track hiring progress, and maintain recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experience in PBOs is preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
