Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of One Investments by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on headhunting high-performing agents, building talent pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Your success will directly impact the growth and performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across sales and operational roles
- Source, screen, interview, and close high-caliber real estate professionals
- Conduct structured interviews assessing skills, motivation, and market knowledge
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
- Actively headhunt top-performing agents using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Pipeline & Stakeholder Management
- Track all candidate activity through CRM systems with accurate and timely updates
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment journey
Employer Branding
- Partner with marketing to strengthen One Investments employer brand across LinkedIn and social platforms
- Promote company culture, success stories, and career opportunities to attract top talent
Onboarding & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with HR/Admin to ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs (applications sourced, interviews conducted, hires made)
- Provide regular recruitment performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Experience: 12 years in recruitment (real estate preferred; sales, agency, or high-volume recruitment also considered)
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and brokerage landscape
- Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Language: Fluent in English
- Mindset: Energetic, persuasive, highly organised, and target-driven
