Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role comprises managing full-life cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identifying and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and creating strong employer branding strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure a seamless candidate experience and work actively to build a network of potential candidates to support the company's growing workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in the real estate sector
• Comprehensive experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and practices
• Skills in Employer Branding and promoting a positive organizational image
• Experience in building and executing hiring processes that meet organizational goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
