Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE
Responsible toconnect with potential candidates online and offline, screeningapplicationsand supporting hiring managers.
Responsible for hiring qualified people whilemaintaininga positive candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Draft and extend job offers aligned with internal salary bands and UAE labour regulations
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update candidate records on ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles.
- Assist in employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn and job portal engagement.
- Provide regular hiring reports, metrics, and insights to management.
- Represent the company professionally at job fairs and external recruitment events.
- Coordinate with PRO/HR Ops for visa processing and onboarding logistics.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place withinareaof responsibility.
- Performs other similar or related duties asrequiredor assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience:
2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
