Job Description

Job Purpose:

Attract and recruit top talent aligned with the company's needs by efficiently managing recruitment processes and building a strong candidate pipeline that supports the achievement of business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce and staffing needs in coordination with department managers.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates using recruitment platforms and professional social networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments and follow up on outcomes.
  • Assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Manage job offers and follow up on hiring and onboarding procedures.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Enhance the candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to talent acquisition activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of talent sourcing methods and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment systems and online hiring platforms.
