This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the real estate industry. The specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates aligned with company needs. The role also involves collaborating with management to enhance employer branding strategies, driving talent acquisition initiatives, and ensuring that hiring processes align with company culture and objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Experience in Employer Branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as a preferred employer.
• Familiarity with hiring best practices and employment regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
