About the Role

Richkey Properties is seeking aJunior Real Estate Recruiterto support and execute recruitment activities for our real estate teams in Dubai.

This role is focused onsourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-upfor real estate roles, working closely with the recruitment and operations team to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

This is anexecution-focused recruitment role, suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back-office positions)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support offer coordination and onboarding processes
• Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum1 year of experienceinreal estate recruitment in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Currently based in Dubai
