About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the UAE real estate recruitment market, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong sales and operational teams.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on hiring real estate agents, sales managers, and key support roles, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Deliver high-volume hiring for real estate sales and operational roles
Create and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn and other platforms
Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments
Coordinate onboarding, visas, compliance documentation, and employee records
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at all stages
Track recruitment performance and provide regular reports to management
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within real estate or sales-driven environments
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market
Knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing tools
Professional, results-driven, and candidate-focused mindset
