What We're Looking For ERP / Tech Recruiters
You should bring strong experience in UAE/GCC talent markets and a proven track record hiring across:
- ERP ecosystems: Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics
- Transformation initiatives: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics 365
- Project types: implementation, migration, upgrade cycles
- Roles across functional, technical, integration, testing, PMO, architecture, and support tracks
Must-have capabilities:
- Experience recruiting high-volume ERP & tech roles under tight project timelines
- Deep understanding of ERP modules, resource mix, and skills needed for successful delivery
- Strong sourcing capability: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social channels, Boolean search
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate-engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently with high service standards
- A hands-on, commercially minded operator who is ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver
- While in-house TA experience is appreciated, agency-side experience is non-negotiable.
- Prior experience in a specialist / boutique recruitment agency is essential
