We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment across international markets, with a special focus on the hospitality industry and standalone restaurants.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different countries and regions
- Partner with international hiring managers and restaurant operators to understand talent needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality schools and universities locally and internationally
- Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract interns and entry-level talent
- Source candidates globally, with a strong focus on standalone restaurants and F&B talent
- Conduct interviews with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Prepare and manage job offers, reference checks, and related documentation
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience across borders
- Support global employer branding initiatives and international recruitment campaigns
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires
What we are looking for:
- 24 years of experience in international recruitment / talent acquisition
- Previous experience recruiting for standalone restaurants or hospitality groups is essential
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract talent across multiple geographies
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse markets
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for recruitment events and restaurant openings as needed.
