Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company hires individuals who are aligned with our culture, values, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profile
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards and company career pages.
• Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview
• Facilitate a smooth interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metric
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE.
• Experience in the construction industry is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar workforce, particularly for construction and engineering projects.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market, sourcing channels, and employment practices.
