Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in bulk hiring for Sales and IT positions within the UAE market. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Dubai, familiar with local hiring practices, and able to join immediately. The position is offered as a temporary/contract role, requiring someone who can support urgent manpower needs with high efficiency and minimal onboarding time. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment, fast turnaround time, and delivering high-quality candidates across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and IT roles, including bulk hiring drives.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri Gulf, Dubizzle, etc.), social media and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job fit and UAE market experience.
2. Bulk Hiring Execution
- Plan, organize and execute mass recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Ensure fast and efficient candidate turnaround for urgent hiring needs.
3. Candidate Assessment
- Assess candidates for technical, sales, communication, and cultural fit.
- Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.
4. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly hiring reports.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
- Support onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with HR operations.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR team and business heads.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
Who You Are
- A results-driven recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring within the UAE.
- Confident managing bulk hiring campaigns for both Sales and IT roles.
- Comfortable handling high-pressure, fast-paced hiring environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers professionally.
- Well-versed with UAE recruitment channels, local talent markets, and salary structures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating walk-in drives, job fairs, or mass recruitment events.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HRMS tools.
- Prior experience hiring for field sales teams, tech support, or software development roles.
- Strong network of UAE-based candidates for quick sourcing.
- Previous work experience in startups, product companies, or high-growth environments where speed is critical.
- Ability to prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and weekly hiring summaries.
