Recruitment Specialist - Immediate Joiners Preferred - 12 month Contract Dubai

Type: Initial 12-Month Contract (can be extended)

Onsite in Dubai - 5 days per week onsite (this is not a remote job)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Up to AED18,000 Depending on Experience

About the Company - One of our Dubai-based clients requires a dynamic recruitment specialist to support their expanded hiring in 2026. They would like to add an additional recruiter to their experience team, this recruiter needs to have end to end recruitment experience and have excellent communication skills (arabic will be a big advantage).

This role is based onsite at their Dubai office, the role requires commitment to working onsite 5 days per week.

About the Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Immediate Joiners preferred - Onsite in Dubai.

Initially, a 12-month contract can be extended based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Must have strong technical sourcing skills using boolean searches
• Experience with international/global headhunting in niche areas.
• Experience working in new challenging markets, with the ability to do market mapping and market research to provide insights to stakeholders
• Must have experience in white collar professionals, mid to senior-level.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English is preferred
• Experience in the UAE market, labor laws, and expat hiring.
