Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct search.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, salary, notice period, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs, hiring status, and recruitment MIS.
• Ensure timely ATS updates and recruitment process compliance.
• Support employer branding and talent-mapping initiatives.
• Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
