We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with international recruitment experience to join our dynamic team and support our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple regions and diverse business functions
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce planning initiatives
- Proactively source, attract, and engage high-caliber talent using modern recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices
- Build, manage, and maintain robust talent pipelines to support both immediate and long-term organizational needs
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience aligned with Tatweer's culture and values
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to international and multi-region hiring practices
- Strong background in recruiting for engineering, technology, and digital roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or equivalent professional recruitment certification
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR certification
- Certified Talent Acquisition Professional (CTAP)
- AIRS certifications (e.g., Technical Recruiter, Internet Recruiter)
- LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter or advanced sourcing certifications
- Any internationally recognized Talent Acquisition or HR certification
