About the Company

Axis is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech & Product to help us attract, assess, and hire top talent across our Technology and Product teams.

About the Role

You will manage recruitment for roles across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and IT. This role requires someone who understands the tech talent market, knows how to source strong candidates, and can partner closely with hiring managers to move hiring forward quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Product roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline updates on the ATS.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities.
  • Track recruitment progress and share regular hiring updates.
  • Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.
  • Previous experience hiring for Tech and Product roles is preferred.
  • Good understanding of roles such as Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Product Manager, Product Designer, Data, Cybersecurity, and IT.

Required Skills

  • Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Good screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at the same time.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment trackers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fintech, startups, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZenATS, Teamtailor, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Boolean search and direct outreach.
  • Basic understanding of tech stacks and digital product teams.
