Position Objectives:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from proactive sourcing and talent mapping to assessment and offer negotiation. The role is key to attracting high-caliber consultants and senior technical experts across Telecom, Construction, and IT.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals, with a focus on passive talent.
- Conduct CV reviews, technical screenings, and interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine requirements and job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
- Use the ATS to manage processes, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Electrical, Telecom, IT, CS).
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience (Telecom/IT), in-house or agency.
- Strong experience hiring senior technical experts from competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labour regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
