Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist White & Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, administrative, technical, and site-based roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for white and blue-collar positions, including C-level roles
- Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across job portals and social media
- Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection processes
- Maintain positive candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
- Track recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 35 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment sectors
- Proven experience hiring across white and blue-collar roles, including senior leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
