Talent Acquisition Supervisor

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs for adults and young adults, tailored to meet international CEFR standards. Our courses emphasize practical communication skills across all language areas, helping students gain confidence for academic, professional, and social success. We offer both online classes and face-to-face sessions, with a strong presence in the Middle East. Our on-site classes are delivered in Riyadh, while online sessions enable us to reach students across the region.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for candidates. Collaboration with department leads to address staffing needs and align hiring practices with company goals is also a key focus of this position.

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques
• Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the education sector or language training industry is a plus
