Job Purpose: Support the design and implementation of an effective Talent Acquisition strategy across departments to attract and hire the best available talent, while adhering to internal policies and guidelines. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all talent acquisition activities at Al Majed Oud.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Develop a roadmap for implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy with defined timelines and a clear governance framework to ensure effective and timely execution
- Track and monitor recruitment requests for the Sales department, develop hiring plans, and provide support and guidance to teams as required
- Continuously follow up on the onboarding process and develop onboarding procedures on an ongoing basis
- Support the employee hiring process, particularly for senior management roles, and engage with potential candidates
- Create job postings, screen applicants based on available vacancies, and continuously shortlist candidates for interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and approved recruitment agencies, and establish Al Majed Oud as an Employer of Choice to attract top talent
- Develop and ensure the implementation of outsourcing policies and guidelines for selecting and coordinating with the most suitable candidates
- Support the internship program (Tamheer) by conducting orientation, scheduling rotations and tasks, monitoring intern performance, and providing training
- Follow up with management and design the workforce planning cycle and annual plan
- Support recruitment system management solutions such as job integration and ATS
- Manage recruitment metrics measurement and reporting
- Support and manage recruitment assessment tools
- Support forecasting and identify annual recruitment requirements through analysis of organizational plans and objectives, followed by discussions with department managers
- Support candidate suitability assessment by conducting applicant interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications against job requirements
- Develop and continuously improve a candidate experience measurement program to enhance recruitment processes
- Conduct field visits and activate HR's role as a business partner within the Sales department
- Continuously follow up on employee support programs including Hadaf, Saudization, and maximize the company's financial benefits while strengthening relationships with relevant authorities
- Continuously improve recruitment department processes and develop internal policies
- Follow up on monthly employee reports and create the monthly recruitment department report
Policies, Processes & Procedures:
- Recommend improvements to Talent Acquisition management policies and guide the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity
- Ensure relevant procedural requirements are met while delivering high-quality, cost-effective results
- Contribute to identifying continuous improvement opportunities for systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, business process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement
People Management:
- Identify, assess, and recruit key talent for the Talent Acquisition department
- Manage and support direct reports in performing their job functions in accordance with defined policies and procedures
- Guide, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team as part of their ongoing growth
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate the team, and deliver regular performance feedback
- Foster a high-performance work environment within the Talent Acquisition department
