- Drive recruitment for white-collar positions, including e-commerce and commercial roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles
- Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events
- Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience,
- Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels
- Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
